Todd Lubar Stays on the Forefront of Business through his Entrepreneurial Spirit

Todd Lubar is a businessman and entrepreneur, as well as the President of TDL Global Ventures. LLC and at Legendary Investments he took on the role of the Senior Vice President. He has found opportunities in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. He has also taken on the mortgage banking, entertainment and the construction industries, as well.

The idea for TDL, Lubar decided he wanted to help others fulfill their dreams of owning their own home. He developed a program that eliminated or softened some of the barriers that prevented people from obtaining a mortgage. He simplified the process for achieving home ownership without compromising the system.

Lubar’s background includes attending elementary and middle school in Washington, D.C. and high school in Hightstown, New Jersey. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in speech communication from Syracuse University. With a college degree in hand, Lubar pursued employment opportunities at Crestar Mortgage Corporation before moving onto Legacy Financial Group in Arlington, Texas. He was responsible for helping to build the Legacy Maryland office to a $100 million a year in loans. After his time at Legacy, Todd Lubar moved onto Charter Funding based in Arizona and took on the role of Senior Vice President. After a time with Priority Financial and a focus on mortgage origination, he moved onto TDL Venture.
